When you apply for admission, inquire about corporate training, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, and any context you share about your goals or organization. If you contact us by phone, we retain a record of the inquiry but do not record calls without separate notice.

We also collect limited technical information automatically — browser type, general device information, and pages visited — to understand how the site is used and to keep it functioning correctly. This does not include precise location or payment data, as no payment is processed through this site.

Why We Collect It

We use your information to evaluate applications, coordinate corporate training engagements, respond to inquiries, and — only where you have opted in — send our newsletter on intentional living. We do not use your personal context for purposes beyond the relationship you initiated with us.

Data Architecture: How We Protect It

Your personal context, shared during applications or within programs, is strictly confidential. Access is limited to Institute staff directly involved in admissions, corporate training coordination, or faculty communication. We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise exploit your data for a third party's commercial benefit.

Where we rely on third-party services — such as our email delivery provider — those providers act strictly as data processors under contractual confidentiality obligations, and are never authorized to use your data for their own purposes.

Retention

Application and inquiry records are retained for as long as necessary to administer the relevant cohort or engagement, and for a reasonable period afterward to answer follow-up questions. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion at any time — see Your Rights below.

International Transfers

Naze Lab Blend operates from Hino City, Tokyo, Japan. If you contact us from outside Japan, your information may be transferred to and processed in Japan. We apply the same structural safeguards described in this policy regardless of where a request originates.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw newsletter consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
