These terms establish the structural foundation of your relationship with Naze Lab Blend. By browsing this site, submitting an admissions inquiry, or enrolling in a program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Enrollment and Admission

Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee a place in a cohort. Admission is at our discretion, based on fit between your goals and the intensity of a given program. We will confirm enrollment directly before any commitment is finalized on either side.

2. Program Access and Conduct

Once enrolled, you gain access to the curriculum, materials, and faculty communication associated with your program. We ask that participants engage in good faith with the frameworks taught and with fellow cohort members; disruptive or bad-faith conduct may result in removal from a cohort without refund of amounts already earned for services rendered.

3. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, frameworks, essays, and methodology documentation are the intellectual property of Naze Lab Blend. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own development. Redistribution, resale, or public republication of program materials without written consent is prohibited.

4. Fees and Cancellation

Program fees, payment schedules, and cancellation terms are communicated directly during the admissions process and confirmed in writing before enrollment. Because terms vary by program and cohort, no general refund schedule is published here; please refer to your individual enrollment agreement.

5. Disclaimer

Naze Lab Blend provides structured frameworks for personal and professional development. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend substantially on individual application and circumstance. Nothing on this site constitutes medical, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naze Lab Blend is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or participation in a program, beyond the fees paid for that program.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority over Hino City, Tokyo.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms as our programs evolve. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
